WHPC’s Construction Team members provide the experience and expertise to build or renovate projects across Wisconsin. This includes all project conditions from “tenant-in-place” occupied sites that require a multi-phase approach, to new construction, renovation, and modernization. We provide a hands-on approach to the entire process of building from inception, planning and design — to construction, completion and closeout. WHPC’s Construction Team leads partnerships with General Contractors on both renovations and new construction projects for the portfolio. The Construction Team prioritizes collaborative team building, budget, scheduled maintenance, safety, technology, and responsible stewards of our resident’s interests. We also collaborate with internal WHPC departments including Asset Management, Finance, Property Management and Development/Acquisitions teams to provide safe, clean and secure affordable housing.
